This also displays there is solid contribution of supervision to work satisfaction of temporary teachers. The correlation coefficient is 0.420, and signifinance t-test yielded a value of 0.000 < 0.0005. And there is significant correlation between principal’s supervision and work satisfaction of temporary teachers. This shows there is solid contribution of leadership to work satisfaction of temporary teachers. The correlation coefficient is 0.687, and signifinance t-test yielded a value of 0.000 < 0.0005. The results of the study are there is significant correlation between principal’s leadership and work satisfaction of temporary teachers. normality test, linearity test, and independent test, were all applied to the data. Product moment correlation technique was employed to test the validity, while Alpha Cronbach method was used to ensure data reliability. The validity of the data was ensured using validity and reliability tests. The instrument in this study is data gathering through questionnaire.
